Bringing the community together to learn about sustainable living
The Little Onion Club is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, run and coordinated by a dedicated group of volunteer members, to benefit children and adults of all ages.
We provide year-round inter-generational outdoor activities (or indoor when weather restricts) such as gardening, composting, recycling and crafting, with a focus on social inclusion, sustainability and environmental awareness.
Our vision is to bring the community together to build connections and learn about sustainable living.

We provide weekly gardening activities for our Little Onions hosted at elderly care homes and supported by a fantastic team of volunteers.
Activities include outdoor play for pre-school toddlers, sessions for home educated groups, and after-school club for children aged between 4 and 16, all along with parents and carers.
We also provide market stalls, gardening working bees, facilitated workshops, team building days, and family friendly events at the care homes and out in the community.
